DIP MOLDED PRODUCTS

Like pioneers in the field of the frame of immersion, Incro is proud to have contributed so much considerably to the evolution of this manufacturing process single. At the origin used in the making art of the candle, the frame of immersion developed in a method of manufacture of point which competes with head with head of other processes out of plastic and rubber of frame. In its base form, the frame of immersion implies the heating of a metal mould of internal dimensions of the desired part. These moulds of heating then are immersed or "plunged" in a tank of the liquid plastisol (PVC). The heat of the mould attracts the fresh plastisol and the part is formed. The moulds are extracted starting from the liquid and from heat treated. After the parts are treated, they are cooled, stripped moulds, and packed for forwarding or the secondary operation. More information, check out of our video. Advantages of the hats and the catches moulded by immersion: * Variable lengths can be quoted without the load of tools. * The vinyl material extends to adapt odd forms and conforms easily to the beaded or widened tubes. * The vinyl material will not split or will not duplicate itself like the polyethylene of low density. * The vinyl material does not shred when covering or connecting the threaded articles. The advantages of the fast prototypes and inexpensive facts on ordering of frame of immersion * low tools typically costs... a fraction of the moulding by injection * * short times of the weeks made on ordering of tools... against months * the innovating materials and does not give * colors vibrating can be carried out with vinyl * with any effort a rough consistency interns moulded in parts * of large parts can be made without significant investment of tools. * Multi-plunging the possibilities enable us to design products with two colors or materials on a share - typically used to make products with goods inside coverings and of more than friendly outsides of the consumer.
